I really enjoy this printer. Love all the features that are provided. Every once in a while the wifi option fails to work, this is the only reason I gave you 4 out of five stars.

A home office in a box!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product. The minute I opened the box I was impressed by this machine. Here was my home office in a box! Everything I need to do on a daily basis, scan, copy, fax and print was all at my fingertips. This was so easy to set up and included an app when I was using my phone for ease of use. I was Especially impressed with the amount of ink that came with the unit-I won`t need a thing except paper for 2 years! Wow what a bonus!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great printer but....

So far the printing, features and long lasting ink cartridges work as advertised. The one issue that prevents me from giving this printer a 5 star rating is that after a few months the printer, although plugged in would not show any sign of power, even after repeatedly pressing the power button. It would make a few short beeps, but not turn on. Finally, after leaving unit unplugged for about 30 seconds and then plugging back power was restored. Not sure what caused this or if it will happen again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible printer

This printer is the bane of my existence right now. It uses ink like a gas guzzling engine. If one of the color ink is "too low" I cannot even print in black and white. Most of what I print is black text so I am not even sure why the color ink runs out ever! Please do yourself a favor and buy a different printer.

A Nearly Perfect Printer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product. I run a small retail business from home and heavily rely on my printer. I`ve had to hold my breath in the past hoping that my printer would work. That is no longer an issue after receiving the Brother MFC-J775DW All-in-One/Multi-Function Printer.Once the printer arrived I quickly began to set it up. The box contained a User`s Guide along with a Quick Setup Guide. The entire process from opening the box to the first print took approximately 45 minutes. I believe it would`ve been closer to 30 minutes had I not complicated what turned out to be a very simple process. In my mind I thought it just couldn`t be that easy.I love the LCD screen and the fact that it can be tilted to avoid glare. The control panel makes it incredibly easy to communicate with the printer to change settings. Another bonus is that it is really quiet compared to others that I`ve had in the past. If I`m in the room next to my office I can`t even hear it. I`ve also printed many invoices and so far the ink volume display hasn`t gone down so it appears that I`m going to get a lot of use from each cartridge.With all the love that I have for this printer there is one downside, printing is slow. It takes approximately a minute and a half per sheet. So far that hasn`t been an issue but is something I`ll have to work around during busy seasons. Overall I feel this is the best printer we`ve had. This is a great option for anyone running a small business or even just for your home printer. We`ll definitely be sticking with this one for quite some time.
