Not a great printer

It is extremely, painfully slow. I can't print from my phone. Right now, I'm trying to download the driver, again. The best thing about it is the footprint.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There are many features that I like about this printer. The print quality is outstanding in black and white while the color prints are very good, too. The size of the printer does not take up a lot of desk space. The two-sided printing feature is very much a convenience. The printer utilities bundled with the machine are excellent and easy to work with. I never use the fax capability but the scanner and the printer both perform well. The control panel is easy to work with and read. I also like the potential to only replace the ink color that is depleted instead of an entire three color cartridge. I am not a heavy printer user (this is only my third one since 2002) but this is the best one so far.

Brother all in one

I bought the upgraded model of the machine I'd used 10 years. I like the new one but there are more steps to do which slows me down. I'll probably get used to this one but prefer the old one

Easy set up and great printer

I was a little fearful of setting up a WiFi printer, but this was so easy I had it up and printing in less than 15 minutes. It prints fast and clear, great paper tray underneath, and love the cartridges that front load. I'm really happy with my printer.
