Good grill and smoker

I bought the smoker grill about 4 months ago. I am very happy with the smoker portion of the grill. Ive made briskets, pork butts and ribs with no problem. I do wish that the smoking box had a bigger air intake. Also using it for a grill is very nice and controled. But the bottom of the smoke chamber when using it as a grill gets a little too hot for heat and the paint falls off the bottom barrel from the heat.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this smoker, Its the perfect size and holds temperature perfectly. Easy to use even for someone new to smoking. Very highly recommend this product!!!!

Best smoked slow cooked chicken

I bought an offset smoker about 10 years ago. I did many different recipes with it, but the most appreciated in the family is "poulet en crapaudine" or butterflied chicken. It's so juicy, and tender with a wonderful taste of smoke : no where else i could find a chicken that taste as good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

BBQ Stepped Up A Notch

This product allows you to bbq more meat at a time. This grill is good for smoking, bbqin, cooking with pots, whatever your imagination can take you. It has an extra rack to store meat on top and it can continue to smoke to get tender. Smoking chamber very small, so not much meat can fit into that.
I would recommend this to a friend!
