I would not buy this product again

We have bought two of this model ice maker within three to six months of each other. Both of them broke. The hinge where the part that scoops the ice to the bucket broke on both.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really love this Portable ice maker

I really love the ice maker, however the basket is small and you need to constantly remove the ice and add water.

Amazing product!

Perfect for off-grid living! Doesn't require a lot of power. Can run off solar easily. Makes ice very fast so when you need to cool off while in the desert, you plug in, wait few min, and you have ice :)

I was so disappointed! The ice maker never made a single cube of ice. After three days I wad told to return because it wad defective. A replacement was about $40 more than the original cost that I paid.

Not happy with product

Overall not happy with the quality seems cheaply built. The fan is loud put out a lot of heat, Does not hold a lot of ice poorly designed. I hate this icemaker I want to send it back.

Amazing Costumer Service

I bought my ice maker just a little over a year ago and I am very satisfied with my purchase! But a couple of weeks ago the back of the ice maker didn't make the same size ice as the front. So then I contacted NewAir they were amazing! They decided to send a new one even though my one-year warranty was already over! The ice maker other than that problem is amazing! It makes so much ice in a day at such a small size! If you would love to have an ice maker substitute your fridge or just want a cool gadget in general, I would definitely recommend NewAir!

Perfect for Summer BBQs

This is perfect for us! we have a large family but a little itty bitty ice maker in our fridge. In the summer we run out of ice by lunchtime. In the winter we run out of ice anytime we have company. This ice maker is perfect for making extra ice when we need it. We use filtered water, fill it to the water line, plug it in and turn it on. In a few minutes, we start getting ice cubes. I love how it makes ice until it's full, but once we start using the ice it starts making it again! As long as I keep water coming the machine will keep the ice coming. Another thing I love about this ice maker is how portable it is. I can keep it in our kitchen, move it out to the deck or patio or even take it with us in the camper. If you have a power source you can take this ice maker anywhere!

I would recommend this to a friend!
