Extremely fast and efficient ice maker

This ice maker has been so useful during these hot days we have been having. I have it next to my coffee maker and have been living being able to have fresh ice made I. The amount of time it takes for my coffee maker to start up so I can enjoy a refreshing iced coffee. It's also so nice to have for parties and gatherings because the one thing we always forget is to buy a bag of ice for drinks. It's great that it only filled up the basket inside the ice maker and will stop on its own when it's full and replenish itself as needed as people take ice out so it is not wasteful. It is also ethetically pleasing and makes for a nice looking appliance.

I used the ice maker for Father's day. I'm quite impressed with how much ice it made. I didn't have to worry about any one going inside for ice! Love that it's portable! I can loan it to whoever is having a get together, no more ice chest ice! It's a must have for pool parties! Quite and plenty of ice

Perfect for every home!

One of my biggest issues with ice cube trays is that my kids will leave two cubes in one tray and get more from another just so they don't have to be the ones to refill them. We were always running out of ice! I bought bagged ice from local places; however, they use tap water and it taste right. Our local area has really good ratings for the water department so using our own water is a big plus in regards to taste. The set-up from box to counter is extremely easy! After taking it out of the box, reading the instructions, cleaning it up, and filling it with water, we were getting ice within 30 minutes. It's recommended for the machine to run for 24 hours straight. At first, the ice was small but after it runs for the 24 hours, the cubes are a good size. The cycles run quickly and you can stock your freezer up. My husband fills his lunch box with the ice to keep his drinks cool and still has ice left by the end of his shift. We have been filling gallon bags up to keep in the freezer for such uses and when we have guests. If you get busy and forget to empty the basket, it will automatically stop producing ice. The only downfall is that what was made will melt and you'll have to start the cycles all over again because the basket doesn't keep it cold. However, this is most definitely NOT a deal breaker! It's one of the most quiet appliances that we've ever had -- including our brand new refrigerator! Overall, we are very satisfied with the ice maker and would highly recommend it for anyone who uses a lot of ice in their house. It's perfect for parties!

An Interesting Way to Make Ice

The manual isn't written well, so you'll have to tinker with it a bit to understand how everything functions. It's actually fun to watch the ice being made and dropped into the bucket. It takes several minutes to produce one batch of ice cubes, so expect a long wait if you need a LOT of ice.

Great Counter Top Ice Maker

My husband and I have been having issues with the ice make on our fridge and finally got this counter top ice maker. Overall we are very happy with the new machine. It makes ice in minutes which is one thing we love about this machine. It's also very easy to use and although it comes with excellent instructions, they almost aren't even needed it's so simple. You simply fill the water to the fill line, turn the machine on, and in minutes you have nice cold ice. The only cons I found with this machine were I found it to be a little bulky for the amount of ice it products and I wish it kept the ice cold even after making. The ice does melt after a little bit so I suggest putting the ice in a bowl or bag and placing in the freezer. I will say that this machine does produce ice quickly enough that you shouldn't have to worry about having back up cubes in the fridge. We love this ice maker though and are very pleased with the results and ice!

I was very happy after I received this product. It's a great quality machine. There is plenty of uses for this as well. We don't have any type of ice maker at home and this is a great product for that. Very happy with the ice maker and you will be too.
