Absolutely love this unit

I have tried quite a few different ice makers and none of them can compare to this unit it makes ice face you can choose from two different sizes if you buy this unit you will not be let down at all

Plastic parts break and stick and do not last

I have spent so much money, time, frustration with these machines. Four times I bought them and I still have two that need Help.

Amazing Costumer Service

I bought my ice maker just a little over a year ago and I am very satisfied with my purchase! But a couple of weeks ago the back of the ice maker didn't make the same size ice as the front. So then I contacted NewAir they were amazing! They decided to send a new one even though my one-year warranty was already over! The ice maker other than that problem is amazing! It makes so much ice in a day at such a small size! If you would love to have an ice maker substitute your fridge or just want a cool gadget in general, I would definitely recommend NewAir!

I was excited to receive the product until I had it in person and tried it out now I’m not impressed. Very cheap quality loud for the size. Basket is also poor design will not hold much ice before showings full. I prefer to use my 5yr old igloo over this ice maker.

Poor quality I would not recommend buying this icemaker. The performance of this is a lot worse than my old igloo icemaker that still works was just looking for something with more capacity. The design of the bucket prevents it from having a good capacity. Fan is very loud gives off a lots of heat.

I would Not buy again

I purchased this because of the good reviews I had read about it. I purchased on 11/07/21 through a catalog. Since receiving this both the large and small lights light up at the same time. Lights up showing ice is full. Lights up showing needs water. There isn't any ice when all that happens. I have to restart it all the time with the hope of getting ice. Now it is making a load clicking sound. I've never been so frustrated about a product before.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
