Lots of ice!

I like to be independent. And I like things on my own schedule. It’s nice to go and have ice ready to go in a short time. I use lots of ice year round. I get tired of having to go the store every few days to pay frozen water that melts in my car. I live in the hot desert. Then have to separate said bag of ice as I’m limited in freezer space. So no more trays! I can have a supply of ice as needed in amounts I can store in freezer. No trip to store, time, gas etc. This machine is so nice to have. It saves time, money and expense of my car to go to the store. It can make ice as I do others things. Highly recommend it.

Great Ice Maker

Purchased machine after trying other brands. Makes ice quickly and has not given us any problems. We make ice all day long.

Fast and Efficient

I bought this ice maker 6 months ago as out regular ice make on our fridge tanked. This machine keeps up with most all of our needs as a family of 5 (with the exception of filling multiple water bottles, coolers, etc.). It makes more than enough ice for our meals, daily drinks, etc. I would highly recommend for every day use or for extra ice when having a party, family and friends over.

Best machine we've owned!

We purchased this machine after a smaller unit that we had failed to meet our usage needs. This unit really makes the ice! The pieces are the perfect size for us and the volume that this machine produces in a day is awesome! Excellent!

Bought this a year ago, works great. Ice shovel recently broke, still works just needs a little help from time to time. Reached out to Dennis and the team at customer service and they helped me find the replacement part I needed. Love this machine and company.

This is Definetly, hands down the BEST Portable Ice Maker on the Market!! I highly recommend The NewAir AI-250 Ice Maker to anyone looking for a high quality Ice machine. This Ice maker is very fast, delivering 50 lbs of ice daily. The ice comes out perfect everytime. The machine is easy to clean and maintain, quiet and durable. Great for home use or small business. I love this machine! It makes ice very fast and has a nice size ice cube. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a Countertop Ice Maker! Love this machine!
