works just as assumed, I like the bullet size ice cubes. Its kinda entertaining too, my kids liked to watch it makes ice for first couple days, ;)

When it works its great

When it was working it was great but the motor gave out or something. Customer service was super helpful in exchanging for a new one. Hopefully this one won't break down in 3 months like the first one did.

Great Unit - Fast Performance!

Needed an ice maker (my fridge/freezer didn't have one built in). This compact unit fits right on my counter and is very easy to use. I didn't weigh the amount of ice made but in 12 hours it had made enough to fill my 40qt cooler. Quiet operation and easy to use. The first one I received did have a defect but customer service did a fantastic job of assisting me and had a replacement out to me within just a few days.
I would recommend this to a friend!
