I bought this for my wife for Christmas. Of course I was the one who opened it and connected it and all. Well, I listen to everything from classic country to rap, and let me tell you that this speak will bump. It’s an amazingly high quality sound for such a small speaker. It’s small enough to put in your pocket and built to be what seems like indestructable. It’s pretty great and all at an amazing price. Really loving jlab products!!!

LISTEN I HAVE ALOT OF BLUETOOTH SPEAKERS, LIKE 10 OR 11 ALL SIZES! BUT I HAVE TO SAY THIS IS NOW ONE OF MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITES. FOR ME TO TELL YOU HOW THIS THIS THING SOUNDS WOULD NOT DO IT JUSTICE. YOU WILL HAVE TO GET ONE FOR YOURSELF, YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED..I HAVE TO SAY GREAT JOB JLAB ON THIS CRASHER MICRO. IGOT MINE AT WALMART FOR A GREAT PRICE, AND WILL BUY ANOTHER ONE . Not worth the $7 I paid on clearance.

My phone has a built in loudspeaker that puts out more volume.
Sound quality is only so-so with this speaker.
Other products I have gotten from JLab are great, but this one drops the ball.

Not Loud At All

I just bought this speaker today. I got it because the other one I got today wouldn't even turn on, so I returned it and got this one. Great reviews everywhere. Now I'm just trying to figure out why everyone thinks it's so loud, but I can barely hear anything sitting right next to it. The volume is all the way up on my phone and still barely any sound. I thought it might just be my phone, so I connected it to my laptop and that was even worse. I'll be returning this today. There are no volume controls, or at least none that I can find. The reviews are all lies or I just got a defective speaker.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used some expensive Bluetooth speakers from friends of other brands and have to say this little beast sounds the same if not better then those other 'expensive' speakers.
