Color clash

At my previous house, I had a WeMo switch that controlled a ceiling fan -- the switch looked and functioned perfectly. Recently, I purchased 3 more WeMo switches for my new house and have them on all of the bedroom ceiling fans. They are wonderful in terms of function, but my current house has no bright white light switches or electric outlets, so the WeMo switches are a bit of an eyesore. I sure would like to see a light almond color become available in the near future.

These light switches are so awesome. I purchased three weeks ago and live being able to control them with the touch of an app or even manually. Not to mention being able to use other voice activated features. I can turn on my lights when i know i am going to be out in the evening to simulate someone is home or to simply provide light when we get home late at night and want a clear path for the kids to walk down the hallway or more importantly when I am carrying them to their respective rooms at night after a long day. Great product that is reliable and so convenient for operation. Only drawback is getting a licensed electrician to install but worth it.

App failure

I like these light switches when they work. Unfortunately often the app has problems showing the switches they become greyed out and you loose control for no reason at all. Sometimes they work sometimes don't. Also very difficult reseting if you change network.

Loose Settings After Power Failure

These switches loose there settings anytime there is a power failure and have to be setup again. Belkin has known about this for over a year and refuses to correct the problem. Just do a search and you see what I am talking about

multiple devices, multiple networks

Your app has a major flaw. I have your products setup at two separate homes. I can’t control them from one mobile device. Home 1 on iPhone, home 2 on iPad. Very inconvenient and difficult to accept that your app is so antiquated.
