Love this product for flexibility. I can use it for short or long trip, expands for long trips or bringing home souvenirs. Light weight for carryon. Easy maneuvering. Love the softsided for a number of reasons but especially I like the outside pockets.

Planned obsolescece. Wheels already whacked on this Samsonsite and only had 5 trips over 5 years. Really hard to find wheel replacement plus they are attached with rivets not screws. Samsonite doesn't want to make it easy to repair. Will only buy next suitcase if wheels attached with screws, not rivets. And it wont be a Samsonite.
Pros: Good Capacity
Cons: Poor Quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
