Got the 21" for my business trips which are usually no more than 3 or 4 days. Replaced a spinner that got ripped while flying and a broken handle. Like the upper outside compartment but the larger lower one is too tight to be able to put my laptop in. My other 21" had a nice compartment which would accommodate both my Mac and i-pad. Other than that it has been just wonderful.
Pros: Easy To Carry, Easy To Identify, Good Capacity, High Quality, Lightweight
Cons: Lower Outside Compartment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seemed like every "21" spinner that we either looked at or purchased turned out to really be either only 19 or 20" inside. These actually were true 21" spinners and we are happy to have them. Still may have trouble with tabs on the zippers which still have a tendency to break or come apart.

I purchased this specific suitcase because my husband has had this exact style for years and it has held up really great. It is also roomy and holds a lot of items. I like that it has one large compartment and a few small compartments. I know the sizing measurements make it sound like it's not a carryon, but my husband has been able to take his as a carryon with several airlines. He mostly flies Southwest and Delta and his suitcase fit in the carryon compartments on both airlines.

The wheels are not up to the mark. When on all 4, the control is lost when turning. It starts to go anywhere. It straight and hard to get control.
