It does not work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot adjust the flames to any lower then a med high. The flames sputter and and are to high to simmer sauce or soups. Called Whirlpool had technician look at it and he said that this is not correct but he was not able to get the flames to adjust lower. He suggested that whirlpool send out new cooktop. Whirlpool said that it is not their fault and refused to do anything. Customer service even implied it was my cooking techniques. Do not purchase they do not stand behind products and/or blame customer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the stovetop that came with our new home build. It looks great, but the grates are wobbly and the ignition dials are giving us trouble. We have not even been in our home 3 months.
