I am a flight attendant and use this bag almost every single day. It carries a lot of weight on top of it, gets banged up a lot, comes with me all over the world, and it's still standing strong. It is big enough to fit everything I need but small enough so that it doesn't feel like I'm carrying a lot. I love it.
Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Good Capacity, High Quality, Lightweight

I bought this wheeled boarding bag so I wouldn't have to lug my heavy computer through the airport. The bag holds it fine, except that the computer area is on the FRONT of the bag; consequently, it's so front-heavy it falls over, even when it's strapped to the handle of my larger suitcase (it pulls the whole 2 suitcase stack over). Would have been MUCH better to put the computer compartment on the back of the bag.
Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Identify, Good Capacity, High Quality, Lightweight, Stylish
Cons: Front-heavy, Tips over too easily

Oversized for most airlines

Great bag, but check the dimensions compared to your airline's requirements. The bag is 10" deep and most major airlines only allow 9" depth. OK, you can get around this by not overpacking. But the height is also oversized. Unless you fly Southwest or JetBlue, you're taking a risk with this one.

This is a great additional commuter bag or for short (1-2 day turns) trips. It has a larger interior capacity than expected. It's also extremely light and mostly well constructed. However, it is too wide for MD88/90/717 and 757 aircraft aisles. If the bag was 3-4 inches taller and 3-4 inches more narrow, the same volume could be achieved but it would fit in the airplane better!
Pros: Good Capacity, Lightweight
Cons: Too Wide Many Aircraft

This bag is TOO WIDE for an airplane aisle! DO NOT BUY

I bought this for an overnight bag for work. I tried more than one flight just to make sure but this bag is too wide. I have to carry it down the aisle which is very inconvenient. I don't understand how you can call a product a "boarding" bag when it doesn't go well on airplanes. Everyone else on these reviews must be travelling first class. I called Samonsite and they wouldn't let me exchange beyond thirty days. I didn't immediately return it because I didn't find out until later that it is too wide for the plane aisle, and wanted to carry it on more than one trip just to make sure because the first flight I took was a smaller plane. It is too wide for all aisles. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the product and customer service.

My husband bought one in blue and it has been great for him. I had to have one for myself so I bought it in teal. It is perfect for grab and go weekend trips and great for carry on commercial flights.
Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Easy To Identify, Good Capacity, High Quality, Lightweight, Stylish
Cons: I wish it had 4 spinner wheels

I had purchased a top-load small roller suitcase around this size, but hated trying to get to everything because it was piled vertically and difficult to look through. This is a more traditional suitcase that opens from the side, making it easy to find what you need. For the size, it's got good interior space, and the rollers are pretty good for wheels this small (wish they were a bit larger). The only change I would make would be to have the laptop compartment thinner so that slightly more space could be devoted to the main compartment. Laptops are so much thinner now-a-days, and giving it this much room is a waste of space. I ended up using the laptop pocket for a couple pair of jeans and just slid the laptop into the main compartment to maximize space.
