Currently I have had the opportunity to travel all over the world. My lift 1 went to 16 European cities and 2 Australian cities in 4 years. I consistently overpacked it and abused it, knowingly and as a recognized frequent flyer was permitted to pack it to 70 lbs -- which I did. When it came time to replace the suitcase I went with the Lift 2 and hope that this suitcase can take the same abuse as the previous model.
Pros: Easy To Identify, Good Capacity, Lightweight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our 3rd 29" Lift spinner: it joins the family of two 29", one 25" and one carry on. We love this luggage! Feather light allowing us to pack many 3-handled-family-gredunzas (read Dr Seuss) and other foreign acquisitions. Samsonite please do not ever stop producing this luggage!

cheap looking not a classic samsonite

The orange color is more like pumpkin color, which is not what I expected. The side needs some structure to be wear-resistant. The spinners look cheap. It's getting on its first international trip very soon. I hope it is sturdier than it looks.

I have the smaller version, so I got the larger version to match it, for longer trips. Only used the smaller version a couple times but it's holding up ok. Hopefully the larger one will hold up as well.
