The product is bulky and heavy. Zipper pulls appear to be very cheap/plastic. Zipper gets stuck and very hard to pull around corners on suitcase when trying to zip it up. I don't like this suitcase at all. I've used it on several occasions but once I put a few things in, the case is too heavy for me to pick up. The bulkiness of the size makes it impractical for my needs. I have 10 other Samsonite products and like them all; in fact, just received new Samsonite today. Much sturdier build, although larger than I thought i would be.

We used this one for out honeymoon to Antigua and there was so much room for my wife's clothes and shoes. ( cause ladies need a different shoe for each outfit) this allowed my wife to pack as many as she wanted. No overflow had to come into my suitcase at all. We have both the 29, 25 and 21 in.. They are all perfect :-)
