Poor Quality Control- Zipper got stuck in lose threads

There were some lose threads on the inside of the suitcase. Consequently, the zipper got stuck quite a few times and I wondered whether I would have to rip the suitcase I had just bought during my first trip with it to get my clothes and underwear out. Praying continuously and trying cautiously to free the zipper from its knot with the lose thread, I eventually succeeded and had to cut off the thread with scissors. Cutting lose threads is not my job, it should not be the job and preoccupation of customers. This should be part of the quality assurance control of the items. It seems as though they must have slacked on doing so. I was very disappointed.

Cons: Bad Zippers, Heavy To Begin With, Tears Easily
