Great oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this just before Thanksgiving so it's maiden voyage was a massive meal and all day cooking. The convention option knocked quite a bit of time off the overall cooking and the food came out good.
Transitioning from traditional oven cooking to convection cooking was relatively easy as the oven itself compensated for the difference. And knowing the option to go back and forth between the two as needed is comforting.
Not disappointed with this oven at all.
My only complaints are that I wasn't able to figure out the integrated temperature probe. But I think that is on me me over the product and the installation guide wasn't completely thorough with regard to installing the trim and door attachment after removal. It's still used friendly and can be figured out.
