Love the features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the middle rack feature! So many times I have made a mess trying to pull out that middle rack for it to get stuck on me. I also love the app option so that I could turn it on at work and have dinner ready when I get home .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Liked the wifi feature for remote preheating. LCD control panel is intuitive (but would be concerned on cost of replacement if problems occurred). Would be nice if wallpaper on LCD could be changed (e.g., family photo). Like the steam cleaning feature.
