Great design and quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice looking hood that does the job well, but I have noticed it sometimes will not respond to touch well and we have to use our knuckle to press the control panel rather than a fingertip. Inconvenient but it is very functional otherwise.
Pros: Style/Design, Performance

Arrived with a large dent in the hood. the box and packaging was not damaged, so appears to have been damaged prior to shipping.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
