Great but dies young

18 months after purchase we replaced the magnatron. Four years after purchase , just two years after replacing the first magnatron, guess what , the magnetron is dying again. The oven is difficult to install, you need to be limber and strong. to maneuver it into place. The brackets are sharp. I was hoping this was the final solution, but it does not have the quality needed to recommend it to others. I am replacing with a smaller 700 Watt GE microwave at half the cost. If the GE dies I will be half as sad.
Pros: task light, under cabinet installation, large capacity, great sensing
Cons: multi power programming needs to many clicks, magnatron life short, difficult to install, difficult to uninstall
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We've now bought 2 of these, one for ourselves and another for our rental. Both have lasted without glitch for the last 3 years, still going strong. Way better than competitor GE low profile. More powerful than GE's as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!
