This washing machine is the prefect apartment-size machine. I thought the 2.4 cubic feet capacity would be too small but I was completely wrong. The many options for various size loads more than compensates for a smaller capacity. Our clothes were becoming damaged by industrial washers and I'm happy to report I have much cleaner clothes with less damage. I'm absolutely delighted with the my purchase of this Fisher Paykel product.
