Not great for granite countertop installation

Purchased the cooktop and the granite installation kit referenced in the installation manual. The brackets in the granite kit are too big to let the cooktop sit on them and when I called the Support Center line they were unable to provide any information on how it should sit on the brackets or how to install it. Would not recommend purchasing the granite installation kit if you choose to purchase this cooktop
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst stove top ever

Randomly shuts off for no reason. Most annoying feature. Shuts off at the worst possible time. If there is a fix to this please let me know.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
