Failed immediately

Product was faulty since installation from home builder, Richmond American Homes. Lights didn't work and I was told to deal with it by buying replacement bulbs. I followed instructions and now the unit fails to operate in any capacity. Total waste of upgrade $$$
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I chose this hood because it matches my appliances. I ended up loving it! It has very clean lines which I love. Easy to remove filters for cleaning. I did end up replacing the light bulbs to make the lights a little brighter. It's perfect now!

I would not purchase this product again. And hopefully it’s under warranty as I just installed it and the light doesn’t work on one side and the buttons are all pushed in

Rattles a little bit nice

I’ve had this vent hood for 6 months. I had to have it replaced 2 months ago bc it was rattling but the replacement seems to be working just fine now.
I would recommend this to a friend!
