Item that was in box was dented in multiple areas with some of the plastic covering already missing. We were on a time crunch and had to use it anyway but has visible flaws around the corners.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is worse hood I have experienced, motor was replaced within one week of installation

It works great and looks beautiful. Has 3 setting for the ventilation and 2 settings on the LED lights. It moves air out of the house very fast. Super easy to clean the filters, too! Very much in STYLE.
