Speaker is okay but remote is faulty

Similar to other reviews this speaker does the trick of making your TV sound better.
HOWEVER:
I bought this sound bar last month and have used it maybe a total of 3-8 times.
The sound is good, not great. Great for the price.
The remote control suddenly started becoming faulty which is a no go, obviously since the most important function is the volume controls, and those were the first to break. Like I said, I had only used the sound bar UNDER 10 times, with the remote control being kept in a drawer away from anything that would damage it.
Don’t buy this speaker, don’t make the same mistake I did and just bite the bullet spending the extra $100.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Has decent bass at lower volumes. But other then that the clarity is no different then tv speakers. For the price it’s still ok if your not fussy about sound quality. If your somewhat into audio you will want to return this soundbar like I did. That being said the build quality is not bad at all.

Got this on sale at Best Buy for the bedroom. It's nothing fancy not as much bass as I thought it would have. However, for the bedroom it is a lot better than the default speakers from our older model LG TV.

Large soundbar that will look good with TVs of 50" at least in my opinion. Sound like a mix of different frequencies so I did not like it. I would prefer a separate sub-woofer and not built-in.

No sound. Replaces 2 units bought at the same time under warranty. Now after 18 month the soundbar iphas no sound again. Polk refuses to make things right. Steer clear of this unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
