Upgraded from posiden dvr 8 ch. Big difference. New instructions very simple. Everything worked on first try, including old cameras and iphone. Did not have to call tech support. Very happy.

DVR-X3-8 is priced right without a disk drive or cameras. I like it. Installing the hard drive was easy. The new software had a short learning curve. No fan makes the dvr quiet. The old cameras work great. I gave 4 stars because of breaking the warranty label to install the drive. .

I have had this for about 2 months. It does a good job. The only coming is the playback on the app is hit and miss but it's always on the DVR
