This happened on our 2nd use-not 2nd round trip. Sad we didn’t get more use out of it. Only purchased at Christmas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really surprised to see what high quality this suitcase it. It is easy to maneuver because of the four 360°wheels. The handle has a lock on it so when you pull it up it says put. I love the inside zipper modesty pocket as well as the ability to zip up and enclose the one side. I will buy the other 2 pieces in the set asap. I am ABSOLUTLY thrilled with this product

After a weeklong trip with my nearly 20-year old suitcase, which is too big for carry on bins, I decided it was time to get a new suitcase. I wanted something that would qualify as carryon to put in the overhead bin on Southwest or Delta, but I didn't just want it to be a plain blue or black suitcase. I took a few days to research and check different sources and after careful thought selected this spinner. I love the rose/gold shiny color. And I like it that it is hard sided and is a spinner. It looks beautiful and will be very convenient to pull around airports and carry on. I'm ready for my next trip!

Bought this to be a smaller suitcase than we usually use as our "big" suitcase. Just got back from a trip to Scotland, eight days not counting flight days. Traveled overland in a car, so in and out each day. There were four of us. Rented a Kia Ceed. Four 24" spinner suitcases fit perfectly in the back; don't think we could have fit anything larger. (We have three different models of American Tourister 24" spinners. The one we have in this model is black.) These are our first hardcases, but our kids had some and loved them. So far, this is holding up well and is exactly what we wanted. Love the fact of the webbing on one side to keep items separate. It's extremely helpful. Just remember to lift open the side with the logo!
