Pretty sure it was a return. There was no packaging and everything was unzipped. When I tried to contact thru email, it took too long to hear back. They told me I had to call. If I did that, my daughter wouldn't have had luggage.

Don't buy this! It looks very cheap in person. It just looks like cheap painted plastic and looks like it will crack after the first drop. Also beware that if you buy it, the return shipping is on you and the box is oversized!

I bought this about a week or so ago and I just arrived! My trip isn't for another three months but I'm so excited to use this! It's the perfect size with plenty of room and seems to be very durable (haven't used it yet). So far so good.
