The construction appears sturdy with regard to the handle and wheels. However, the inside seems a little thin in terms of the fabric used. I will miss not having roomy pockets in the netted part of the suitcase. It is very light.

Cheap and handle not working. First it wouldn’t come out all of the way, and then once we finally got it to after a couple of days of trying - it wouldn’t lock fully up. The casing also is really thin and flimsy, but unsure how it would hold up since it hasn’t been used. Need to return it because of handle.

Inaccurate description

Online description states external dimensions are 30x21x12.5. This is very inaccurate. The tag on suitcase says "28 inch spinner." The measurements are a few inches shorter/less than the description. I have emailed the company twice with no response yet. The design is pretty, though. Just disappointed as I thought I was getting a larger suitcase.

Terrible product line

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two of these. A medium and a large. Both of them are not very durable and have sadly needed to be retired much sooner than previous American tourister carryons that I have purchased. Very disappointed in the quality of these two cases. The medium one wheel came inside the case after its first use and the large one does not move easily once you put anything in it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lovely pattern!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the pattern! This is the second one I'm buying as a Xmas gift for my sibling! Nice wheels and very good space. Though, it can get some scratches over time when it is checked in due to airport service!, that I could not clean/remove it, but since it has patterns and it is not a single color thing, it is not visible! So, I'm all satisfied!
