Oven not factory-calibrated!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only had this stove for three days, but the oven temperature is off by 40 degrees! I can raise it up only 35 degrees, according to the manual. I bought new oven thermometers at a specialty shop just to be sure. A technician is coming next week. Also, the preheat signal goes off 100 or so degrees before the oven has reached the set temperature! What is the point of the signal?? Very unhappy so far.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
