Poor performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove is only 4 months old. It makes a weird buzzing noise everytime we use it. It's impossible to keep clean on top. Everything just streaks. Poorly made product.

Does not maintain temperature

The cooktop keeps turning on and off. My average time to cook anything has doubled (or rather tripled) because of this. Even something basic such as cooking eggs takes a lot of time. I need to plan 2 hours ahead before making a meal. Highly disappointed!!

Is your appliance properly grounded? In some cases, the incorrect voltage may affect your appliance performance.
For maximum safety, the power cord must be securely connected to an electrical outlet or junction box that is the correct voltage, is correctly polarized and properly grounded, and protected by a circuit breaker in accordance with local codes.
The voltage rating for your range should be 120V / 240V or 120V / 208V 60Hz.

The door handle keeps falling off

Purchased this oven 11/27/17 and like the other reviewers have said the door handle has fallen off of this oven repeatedly.

Door Handle Keeps Falling Off

Bought this 2 years ago and I had to order a new door handle within 2 months. It has repeatedly come apart every few weeks that I keep a screwdriver next to my stove for this reason. Now today it has come off twice in the same day. While trying to cook my Christmas dinner! I have left negative reviews but they seem to disappear as soon as I leave them. But, if I want to spend extra money on an extended warranty then they will fix it. DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK!
