I tried to fix this error myself several times, but no matter what I tried, I can't seem to fix it. I tried even starting all-over from scratch by creating a "new" return, but I kept getting the same stinking error!
The error happens when I try to eFile. The program tells me that it's performed a 'return accuracy check' & finds this 'error' that doesn't even seem like an error to me. Obviously, something's wrong somewhere, but what it is, I have no clue of what it could be. The error says that since I have some info to the left of line 11, (of itemized deduction form, of which, I'm not even using!) that it must have a value. Uh, which it does! ZERO! Isn't zero a value?
I then was advised to delete the form, that it wasn't necessary since i was using the 'standard' deduction. Even after confirming twice that I wanted to delete the form, I would still get the same error!
Eventually (about 2 hours later) I navigated to the deductions section where I could then delete the entry for my mortgage institution. I was then able to finally submit/send my return...
Cons: Hard to fix issues
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

I wish there was a way to view the efiled return. Weeks after efiling, I received an IRS letter requesting the Form 6251. Why isn't that form part of the efiled return?
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Easy to import
I would recommend this to a friend!

The software took me through the return, step by step. It pulled in relevant information from last year's return, and it crunched the numbers. It got me organized and saved me hours of shuffling forms and tedious calculations.
