The printer itself is great. I have to plug it directly into the computer to print and my cell phone can't print photos either. So it is a quality product but it won't do wireless.
Primary complaint is with the instructions for using the printer. Took a long time for me to figure out how to scan a document that was not in a file. It was simple after I figured it out and worked fine. Printer is a little slower than I expected. Had an earlier HP printer that claimed the same speed but was faster than the Deskjet 3755 version. The printer offers a USB version (vs WiFi) but no cable was included. Print quality is good, and printer reacts quickly to print command.
I just set this up, and the print quality is great. However, the back paper tray fell off as I was unpacking the printer. I put it back on, but it falls off easily.
It is not easy to get going and the scanner I couldn’t get to scan.

Hi there.
I’m sorry you’ve had a poor start to owning your printer. I can certainly understand why inability to scan and difficult overall usability would lead quickly to frustration. I want to help you have a better experience, so I’ll suggest some resources aimed at making that happen.
First, I recommend you visit a page on our support site that has diagnostic tools for various problems, including scanner issues. There you’ll find a general-purpose tool called the HP Print and Scan Doctor. If you use Windows, the tool will help identify and guide you through solutions to a wide range of common scanning as well as printing issues. Visit that page here: - support.hp.com/us-en/topic/diagnostics
You might also gain useful information from a guide to scanning with HP printers you’ll find on our support site. It includes instructions for various desktop and mobile operating systems as well as an FAQ section. Find that here: - support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2275901-2074064-16
Finally, to learn more about your printer and all its features, or for help solving problems, you can access user manuals, how-to documents, troubleshooting guides and software updates here: - support.hp.com/us-en/product/model/11262035
If you need further assistance, I suggest that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess what’s happening and find the best course of action. To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
