It did not work after first installation. The help line suggested I uninstall everything and do it again. The second time, I did everything exactly the same and it worked. It was a lot of trouble for a printer. In the end, it works well and is a good little printer. It takes up little space and makes quality printouts. I would recommend it.
I had to set this printer up multiple times because it kept going offline.

If the problem persists, I suggest that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess what’s happening and find a solution. To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number - Serial number - Your location - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
I could not connect the printer to the computer so I called tech support. It took your technician over an hour to connect my printer to my computer and, I still am not able to connect to wifi. Was a much easier process when a program cd was included with the product. The so called manual that comes with the printer is useless. It took me a while to figure out how to scan an item...still not sure what all can be scanned. Next purchase (printer or computer) will be done locally and not sure if I will stick with HP in the future
