Having previously owned and LOVED HP wireless printer that I could not bring with me on my last move- I purchased the current printer with high hopes. After 10 hours of trouble shooting and 2 hours on the phone with customer support- I still cannot connect the printer! Frustrated beyond my normal tolerance- I will return the printer for a refund. 3755 is not a “simple 1-2-3 set up”
It's easy to install and connect to on the first device but not easy to install and connect to on the other devices.I'm still having trouble installing the printer's software on the other computers and on my phone.
I have had my HP 3755 for about 3 weeks and still haven't got it hooked up to the internet. I have done everything I've read to do but nothing. About ready to send it back.

Hi there.
I’m sorry you’ve had such a frustrating start to owning your printer. It’s easy to understand why spending extensive time and effort on connecting it to the internet without success would be an unwelcome surprise indeed. I want to help you get the device working wirelessly like it should. I hope the resource below guides you to that end.
I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess what’s happening and find the best course of action. To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number - Serial number - Your location - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
The pros: It's cheap, small, and wireless. The cons: It's slow. Only holds about 25 sheets of paper. Constantly goes offline, so I have to reconnect before I can print. If you need to print on a regular basis, buy a better model.
