I am so far pleased with the h/p printer. The only thing I have not yet tried is printing from any room in the house; so far it's just been usb wire. Print quality is excellent and I appreciate on-phone support access when needed.

Slow printer, also, when copying, the feeder does not work so well and I end up wasting a lot of ink as I get a huge chunk of black printed on the copied document. On the plus side, extremely lightweight and small.
