I've had a bad experience with this printer from the moment I got it. Granted, it's a very inexpensive machine, but still, it can't seem to do the simplest things (print and scan, hardwired to a laptop). Even more annoying, I've now received 3 or 4 invitations to comment/review, and nothing happens. I have a larger HP all-in-one in my main office, and it's a workhorse - no complaints. I guess the lesson is, you get what you pay for.
