[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this printer about a month ago I only used a couple times a week but it’s doing it’s job in fact I think it’s faster than one I had before. Set up was easy if you are text savvy. The one issue I did have was it’s stopped printing and I had problems figuring it out but if you turned off the Wi-Fi and turned it back on at work I don’t know what happened
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had one like this a while back, so I bought another one. No matter what I do including chatting with someone on line. It won't work with my wifi or even when I connect the cable from the printer to my computer.

I bought this last week and have had no issues with it, just an overall good combination printer scanner, my only issue I wish it came in solid black, I'm not really into the fancy colors for my office

This is nothing like I thought I was going to receive. My previous copier was much larger and I knew exactly what to do to operate it. I have had this approx. 3 weeks and have done nothing with it except get it plugged in. I cannot give this printer a fair review since I am not using it.

Great compact printer. I don't print that much but this little machine works great for what I need and does not take up too much space. Also it's completely wireless so there are no cables to run. With Instant Ink I have plenty of back up if I need to change cartridges.

As a printer, it's fine. But as a copier I gave it only 2 stars. The original (to be copied) feeds thru the printer, versus placing it on top of the glass. The original doesn't always feed through evenly. And if it's less then letter size (8 1/2" x 11"), you have to manually help feed it through. Does not make copies of prints on photo paper, too thick. You get what you pay for. I returned it.
