[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned the printer for almost a month now and i read the reviews beforehand and more people than not were having big time issues getting it to connect to the internet. My first attempt to connect it was stymied by the fact that my internet is 5 GHZ and this printer will only run on 2.4 so to rectify that, i ran the printer through my wireless extender and BAM, i was connected. Then came the issue of the printer telling me that a custom password was set for the printer to connect to webservices and i sure as hell didn't setup a password for it so i couldn't access the scan function on it. I searched online for a remedy and saw that there was quite a few people who had the same issue. All the remedies i tried were useless and then i saw one that said to factory reset the printer so i tried that method and BAM. I was back in business and from then on, everything worked smoothly and i have had no problems with the printer since. It's a decent printer and easy to operate but it's almost a pre requisite to have to go through a bunch of crap first in order for it to work normal like it should. I would recommend the printer if people didn't have to go through hoops first cause it does work nicely but the issues have to be addressed before i can recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an HP 3752 that works perfectly. I have many other HP products that work great. The 3755 doesn't work as well. It won't pull legal card stock (65lb) through the machine correctly. It pulls it correctly until it gets to 11 inches, then it pulls sideways and ruins the print. It works great for paper so I will keep it for other uses. Disappointed!
