[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not very computer literate, but usually if I read enough and watch You Tube videos I finally get it going. I guess the whole world has a smart phone, so to get this to work, I have to download some app, install on phone and then it may get printer to work? If the app works, which it doesn't and reviews confirm so not my lack of PC knowledge. I will have to contact a computer geek to get this hopefully going...not thrilled!
