This is the perfect printer if you don't have a whole lot of space. We have had this printer for about a week, and have used it for work, school, and personal uses. After a little bit of struggle with getting it set up, this was my first wifi printer and some of the prompts were confusing, it works like a charm! The printing speed is a little slower than I am used to but overall this is a great product, and I would highly recommend it!

Ordered on line, received 1 week early. Compact size fits perfectly on my small desk (space saver to fit my apt). Set up was simple as was connection to my internet. Print is crisp & it is easy to operate all features. Exactly what I needed & wanted. Totally blows away my Model 6968 at my other locaton, which after 2 years still doesn't copy & the scanning goes in and out of working.

Bought for senior citizens. Enclosed documentation is virtually worthless. Manuals on the internet are worse. Says it will print, copy and scan, but there is no simple instruction how to do it. Simple things like where you do you insert the paper to be copied.
