I returned this item. It was too small for my needs. I prefer a printer with a glass top to copy and print small items, such as, ID cards. Also, I find it easier to make copies or scan from a glass top vs a document feeder. I purchased the HP ENVY 6055e which has a glass top.

I hate this printer; I have had HP printers for over 20 years and this is very difficult; I do not like the scanner option that has to be used to make copies. I have ruined 2 important documents using the scanner method cause the document wasn't positioned properly. I like the old printers where you lifted the glass and made your copy. Can;t wait for this to break so I can get a printer using the old copy method. I also had to go to utube to understand how the scanner worked. a NIGHTMARE OF A PRODUCT.

Perfect, portable, and small

I've used this model for work since November and I love it. I used it to scan documents and quick printing. It's small enough to fit on top of my desk and not be in the way. It's really fast too. It makes copies, color and black. Most people do that even know it's a scanner too. This model is WiFi capible and you can set up HP print email to send docs to be printed remotely.
I would recommend this to a friend!
