I bought this printer for my neighbor who is an elderly gentleman. He was in need of something simple, but advanced enough to do what he was wanting. This little printer is packed with all the features he was looking for (print, scan, copy, WiFi (added bonus), etc... This printer is also a space saver and he even liked the color!! He is very happy with his new printer and it didn't take him long at all to figure out how to use it. It's very user friendly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have not been able to get it working. Not intuitive. We have 4 HP laptops and 2 HP printers in the family. Want to run the printer as USB direct. Should be simple with drivers I stalled. It is not. Cannot print documents after multiple downloads, installations, troubleshooting, and updates using 2 Win10 HP laptops. Simply no response from the printer. Have never had problems like this with our HP suite. I do believe that this printer is junk.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
