Upon opening the box, the printer looked very flimsy and toy-like. After reading the material, it was clear that the printer was for people who hardly ever print anything. It was a mistake to order it.

Set up didn't work for the DJ 3700

I am unable to scan with this product. I can remotely print but can not scan. It might be a Windows 10 glitch but I can't fix it and the wait time for tech support is way too long. The error says I am not connecting to the wireless router but i am because I can print
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like all the features this printer has. The fact that it is wireless means I don't have to have it close to my laptop.
