It was less printer than I thought I was paying for and did not fully understand how the scanning feature worked, making it more like a fax than a scanner. It is sufficient for my needs but I don't love it.

I bought it a month ago, I can not connect to my internet. I am connected to my PC directly. It still does not work right, I am wondering if I got a Chinese knock off of your hp deskjet 3755 printer. I have spent at least 30 hours trying to make it work.
