Garbage product, avoid company at all costs

I bought this product, despite seeing numerous reviews about a problem with it breaking down. I shrugged it off because they were somewhat small in number and I figured it was user error.
Not so, not very long into ownership (but of course passed warranty) the product began to fatally fail. The lights began flashing (not about bluetooth, all the reviews being told it is bluetooth trying to pair are wrong and ignoring a large problem)
The lights continuously flash blue, audio cuts in and out, it is as if it turns on and back off within a second over and over again endlessly. The product was expensive, the audio was weak, it wasn't impressive quality even before it broke down.
Save your money, this is a total wash. I will be placing similar reviews on Bestbuy, Google, FredyMeyer, and Walmart in order to help inform the masses of this deliberately flawed product. Customer service is well aware of the fatal defect, they have been for many years, and they refuse to do anything to change it. This is a money trap, plain and simple.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
