Perfect Size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because I needed a radio and I didn't want to spend a lot. Perfect size and it fits right under my TV. Only downside is the speakers have a proprietary connector and I can't change them. Overall a great little radio/music player.

Terrible tuning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this and it arrived the other day. I am very disappointed in this product!! The clock isn't bright enough to see from 8 feet away,the remote is really tricky to operate, the radio tuner really is horrible (i can only get two stations in my house). I have never had such regret in spending my money on such a terrible piece of junk.

Dynamite Sound In A Small Package

The features were more than enough for our musical taste and enjoyment. We are more than impressed and look forward to many years of satisfied entertainment!

Poor quality stereo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this stereo. It arrived and we plugged it in. Radio reception was awful with lots of static and high pitched whining background noise. Could not adjust bass & treble. Tried to open CD player and had to press so the lid at just the right spot 5 times just to open it and it felt like plastic would break. Volume knob was crooked. Sound was tiny, cheap, and buzzy when playing a CD. The case was shiny and looked marked/easily scratched as soon as the plastic protector was removed. Overall disappointed in the form and function.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Needs improvement

I purchased this to replace a 35 year old, stereo alarm clock/AM/FM/Cassette radio with separate speakers (A speaker on each night stand). The three things I dislike are: 1) The lettering is too small and hard to read on the brushed finish front panel. 2) The lettering on the remote is too light and hard to read in any light (they should be bright white). and 3) The speaker wires are only 30 inches long and lack the industry standard RCA jack/plug (You could buy an extension cable if needed to move the speakers further apart). A little larger display would be nice. Have only used the FM radio/alarm so far and reception has been good and sound quality decent.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

LOOKS NICE BUT There is an absorption noise
