Major software bug
on May 19, 2018

I cannot calibrate the compass on Google maps. It always stays on low accuracy and is very unstable. Major software bug on LG's side which does not allow the phone compass to be calibratted, and I cannot figure out how to calibrate the accelerometer. It is usually found in the settings menu but not on this device.
Great phone though and I'm loving it so far but I start to get really obsessive over these software bugs especially not being able to calibrate the compass so I know which way I'm pointing... Very dissatisfied with this brand new device not being able to calibrate the compass... Display is very hard to see in the light/sun also. Can hardly see anything. Camera takes great pictures. Not complaining about that. Battery life is somewhat horrid when you don't have maximum battery saver turned on, and mixed with the flux of the display and the sun glare it makes the HD screen unusable during my day and my working conditions. Firmware and software updates can improve the performance quite a bit which I'm happy to wait for as long as they fix the broken "calibrate compass" feature that does not work with any compass calibration app I've used, especially Google maps. It gives me an option to calibrate the compass and when I do, it always stays not low accuracy and never improves. Please fix this LG with you next update. I've already sent feedback to Google about this problem and it seems that it is not on there side and I've confirmed that with them.

Great Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this phone about a week ago from this review and it is the best phone I've ever had. I even have an LG and GoldStar Tractor of my own and they still run like they're new. The LG Tribute Dynasty by Boost Mobile is the 2nd phone in the Tribute family and my last Tribute phone, the Tribute5 was basically indestructible until it got wet.

All volumes turnt up. However, This phone does NOT alert out loud; The text messages. Henceforth, I am missing All texts by an extremely longer timeframe. It is Not fair to babysit my phone if I'm busy. That's WHY I have the volume up, to alert myself!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Phone isn't that bad, storage is ok for me, one downfall is that this phone isn't screen mirroring compatible.
If I would've known that I wouldn't have bought it but we all make mistakes, the important thimg is that I learned my lesson.
I would not recommend this device to anyone who's expecting thw screen mirroring feature.

Junk. It dies fast and won't run Pokemon Masters

Garbage. Charges one percent per minute or two. Dies fast. Pokemon Masters won't even show up on the app store or work when using the apk. May be 64 bit but it's still a nearly fake phone. Gets so hot it burns.
