Hi I bought this 1 day a go. I have connected to my HD (desk top) and the two HDMI to two screens, It wont work

Not working on my ASUS VivoBook...

...even after downloading software from web site. Will have to return StarTech USB32HD2 to Amazon.

No sound

Did display both screens and laptop but no sound on zoom call, tried changing settings and still did not work.
